LOCATION:
WALTER HALL PARK, located on Hwy 3 in League City (1/4 mile North of Main Street)

DATE:

May 9^th, 10^th and 11^th   2008

MOVE IN/OUT           

Exhibitors may set up after 10 a.m.  Thursday April 8^th.  All exhibits must be set up prior to 5 P.M., Friday, May 9^th. 

Exhibitors SCHEDULE may not begin to dismantle your booth space before 6 P.M.  Sunday, May 6^th. 

VEHICLES:

The area will be closed to vehicular traffic after 5 P.M. on Friday  through 6:00 P.M. on Sunday.   Violations WILL BE SUBJECT TO TOWING AT THE VEHICLE OWNERS EXPENSE.

FAIR HOURS:           

Friday May 9^th - 5 PM - MIDNIGHT

Saturday, May 10^th - 10 A.M. - 12 P.M.

Sunday, May 11^th - 11 A.M. - 6 P.M.

ACCESS:

Each Vendor will be issued 4 gate passes for workers.  Additional three day passes may be purchased for $10.00    

each.  (Use Order Form Attached)  NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED ACCESS TO GROUNDS WITHOUT A

VALID PASS OR PAID ADMISSION.

BOOTH SPACE            USE:

All equipment (Trailers, Displays, etc.) must fit within your Booth Space.  There will be no exceptions.  If additional space is required for your operation, Vendors may purchase additional Booth Spaces.           

BOOTH CONTENT RESTRICTIONS:

The sale or distribution of merchandise promoting drugs, and sexual items in any shape or form, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is strictly prohibited and will: result in the immediate removal of all related parties/equipment/merchandise from the Fair along with your forfeiture of any and all fees paid.  With the exception of the sale of alcoholic beverages and Water there are no product exclusives. 

The sale of beer, alcoholic and water is retained exclusively by the League City Lions Club.

HEALTH PERMIT:           

ALL VENDORS MUST OBTAIN THEIR OWN HEALTH PERMITS by contacting the Galveston County Health Department at P.O. Box 939, La Marque, TX             77568 - Phone # (409) 938-2300.

ICE:           

Ice is available for purchase from the Lions Club and will be delivered to your booth. Ice will be sold CASH ONLY;

NO ACCOUNTS WILL BE RUN    Further information will be included in your Vendor  Package which you will

\receive at Check-In.

ELECTRICAL:                       

Electrical requirements must be specified on the attached registration form.  All                                                            

electrical connections must comply with the League City Electrical Code.  List Voltage                                                

required and the total connected load in amps and volts.  Read amps from the name                                                

plates on your equipment and add them up.  Electrical service and connection fees are

included in Booth Fees.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR VENDOR CHECK-IN:

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AT THE GROUNDS, ALL VENDORS ARE TO REPORT TO THE INFORMATION BOOTH (MARKED ON THE ENCLOSED MAP) FOR CHECK-IN.  AT CHECK-IN, YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR VENDOR PASSES AND INFORMATION FOR SET-UP LOCATION.
