


Cook-off Registration Information
Teams will set-up behind the stage (back in the woods). Cook-off participants may enter the rear gate to set-up their stations. Once the cooking area is set up, all vehicles MUST be removed; this is necessary to allow emergency vehicle access. Please note, for the safety of all pedestrians and cookers there will be NO additional vehicle traffic allowed in the cook-off area once set-up is complete.
Cooking spaces will be numbered according to the siteplan. Requests for spots will be addressed based on the order in which registrations and payments are received.
4 Categories: Fajitas (beef or chicken) due at 11:00am, Chicken due at 12noon, Pork Spare Ribs due at 1:30pm and Beef Brisket due at 3pm.
Prize money each division: TBA (depends on number of total teams.)
Will post on Saturday, April 30, 2011 (after registration deadline ends)
Jackpot (Must sign up and pay for this at time of check in): $20 entry fee.
Winner 1 - 35% of Jackpot entry fees
Winner 2 - 25% of Jackpot entry fees
Winner 3 - 15% of Jackpot entry fees
The Chief Cook for each team will receive (5) TMF/Village Fair admission tickets for each paid entry. The League City Lions Club is looking forward to your help and support to once again make the BBQ cook-off a success!

Bring your family, your friends and your appetite to the TMF/Village Fair & BBQ Cook-off... where you'll find some of the best beef, pork, chicken and fajitas on the planet. Last year's event was a smokin' success, with dozens of teams competing for cash prizes, trophies and braggin' rights.
